World Fashion Exchange is the world's leading provider of cloud-based B2B enterprise software for the fashion industry with over 600 customers across 40 countries around the globe.

We are keen to onboard a Digital Marketing Head to strategize, develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, and social media.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

- Devise the strategy and execute end-to-end Digital Marketing activities of the enterprise software product.

- Run paid social media marketing programs (Google AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter), including direct, hands-on management of optimization and performance of those campaigns.

- Create and drive email marketing strategy and campaigns including promotional mailers, newsletters etc. in different countries.

- Lead content generation including creation and execution of webinars, and design content marketing strategies as well as ensure their execution.

- Manage and improve the knowledge base including field-marketing communication (presentations, case studies, testimonials).

- Manage and optimize the SEO and SEM campaigns.

- Maintain and build the organization's social media presence across all digital channels including LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Facebook.

- Work closely with Sales team to brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

- Contribute towards lead generation and undertake sales CRM administration.

- Maintain monthly MIS figures to analyze marketing campaign ROI and sales lead quality.

- Work with graphic design team to create content and design for website, landing pages and mailers. Test, modify and optimize landing pages to improve outcomes.

- Lead and manage a cross functional team of content, SEO, design, marketing and data research professionals.

Skills Required :

- Experience and strong knowledge of content marketing.

- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and social media marketing campaigns.

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.

- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools like Google Analytics etc.

- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.

- Up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, tools and strategies in online marketing and measurement.

- Attention to detail with a data-driven and analytical approach to solve problems.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
