SUMMARY:
Develop successful, long-term digital marketing strategies for the Organisation.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Online Strategy :
- Custodian for creation of entire Online strategy
- Drawing up of short term & long term plans in coordination with Senior Management
- Build our Digital Marketing roadmap
- Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget
Revenue Contribution :
- Execution of online strategy with an aim to maximize responses and leads, in turn maximize revenue
- Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
- Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment
Content Creation & Execution :
- Work with various teams including Pre-sales, Sales, Marketing, Academics, Operations for content creation
- Monitoring of all online media and creating an appropriate response mechanism
- Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency
- Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction
- Oversee all social media accounts
Community Creation :
- Work towards the creation of an online community.
- Monitor activities within the community and ensure end organization objectives are met
Team & Agency Management :
- Manage a team of Digital Marketeers, Performance Marketeers and SEO specialists
- Motivate digital marketing team to achieve goals
- Contribute in selecting the best agency(s) as per requirement
- Monitor and manage the agency(s) performance
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in heading the Digital Marketing Function and in designing and implementing successful campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices, hands on experience with SEO/SEM. Google Analytics & CRM Software.
- In-depth marketing experience and a passion for digital technologies.
