Job Scope: As the Digital Head, you will be responsible for developing, implementing company's overall marketing strategies across all digital channels to drive growth, retention & monetisation. Know-How: Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, SEO/SEM, SaaS, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Mobile Analytics and Attribution Tools, ASO, Mobile Advertising Job Responsibilities : - Responsibility to develop and deliver all marketing, digital campaigns, ASO & SEO campaigns, digital strategy in order to drive growth and revenue - Responsible for all planning and execution of ASO and SEO activities - Plan and execute app acquisition, retention and monetization campaigns across Google, Facebook, Twitter, affiliates and other relevant platforms - Drive new ways to grow customer engagement, retention, revenue from the mobile and web platforms - Responsible for competitor analysis and sharing insights across teams to improve internal product development efforts - Identify new channels of growth, optimizing the market funnels to improve customer acquisition and achieve intended ROI - Work with product, engineering, business, design teams and other stakeholders to execute and optimize strategies Qualifications and Experience: - Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field - 4+ years of experience in digital marketing (e-Commerce, HR/Job/Ed tech, consumer tech industry) - 2+ years of experience working on mobile products is a must - Strong project management skills including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, manage long term projects and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent written and oral communication skills, and a cross-functional collaborator - Possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations - Experience working on mobile marketing and analytics platforms is a must
