Head Digital Growth

We are looking for a Digital Growth Head to be part of our Digital Acquisition Team to lead digital acquisition efforts in driving customer engagement.


You will be in charge of owning these exciting digital growth responsibilities:

1. Growth hacking:

- Identify levers to grow digital products for the bank with an objective to increase conversion from target bases and drive adoption among the new/existing consumers.

- Integrating the efforts of performance marketing and organic SEO to create a cohesive growth strategy. This involves balancing and optimizing both paid and organic channels for maximum impact.

- Utilizing data and analytics to guide strategy, measure performance, and identify new channels for growth hacking. Ensuring that both paid and organic strategies are grounded in data-driven insights.

- Keeping abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation for continuous funnel conversion through digital journey optimization.

- Co-create new and optimize existing cross-sell and upsell user journeys with Digital Product Heads for increased adoption of newly launched products.

2. Team Leadership:

- Provide mentorship and guidance to the digital growth team, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.

- Provide direction and vision for the growth team, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business goals.

- Communicating growth strategies and performances to key stakeholders, including executive leadership.

3. Cross functional collaboration:

- Working closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and analytics, to ensure growth initiatives are well integrated and supported across the organization.

- Overseeing budget allocation and ROI for growth initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources.

- Identify and implement levers across channels with the help of cross-functional teams aimed at improving business growth for the bank.

Key skills and background (TBD):

- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing digital marketing growth strategies that have resulted in increased market share and revenue

- In-depth knowledge of paid media platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and more

- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and performance-tracking tools like Appsflyer, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics etc.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of building and managing high- performing teams.

Minimum qualification:

- 10+ years of relevant work experience in paid growth field across fintech/consumer tech / banking / financial services companies

- MBA from Tier I/II business school

- Preferably Google ads / FB ads / Clevertap / Adobe Experience manager certified
