About Our Client :

Our client is a reputed Private Sector bank and has businesses across Retail, Corporate and Investment Banking. They have massive expansion plans across their Retail and Commercial banking divisions and are seeking individuals who could manage governance of a large scale programme or multiple projects.

Job Description :

As the Head- Data Governance, you will be reporting to the Chief Digital Officer and will be responsible for :

- Developing a well-developed governance structure for digital services and

- Crafting the road map for delivery of digital information (data or content) and transactional services (e.g, online forms, benefits application) across a variety of platforms, devices and delivery mechanism (e.g, websites, mobile apps, and social media)

Which will cover the following:

- Communications hub covering email, chat, sms, video, OBD

- eStatements, Alerts, interactive text

- Virtual RM / CRM

- Voice Channels

- Multi-lingual publishing & care

- Web, mobile, social media Standards & Governance

- Risk (Pattern Management, Fraud risk, Transaction risk) Analytics

- Identification, authentication management

- Performance and design optimisation

The Successful Applicant

As a Successful Applicant, the individual need to have :-

- B.E / B. Tech/ BCA/ MCA / M.E / M.Tech / M. SC / MBA degree from a premier institute

- 8 - 10 years of relevant work experience

- Project Management Skills
