- Work on improving the Ranking and optimizing the cost of leads

- Manage COA as per Budget

- Continuous benchmarking against Competitor products, Pricing and Marketing

- Increase organic leads to reduce overall CPA

- Refresh the social media marketing approach

- Drive adoption of video search and video overall

- Manage ad agencies and all marketing and sales vendors

- Responsible for budget creation, management and reporting

- Responsible for people and their performance appraisals and career growth

- Responsible for weekly reporting of all key KPAs and KPIs

- Cover CDO and any team members going on leave
