Key Responsibilities:
- Should have a strong background in Sales and Marketing Systems, Customer Engagement and Experience Management, New Age techs, Analytics, Planning systems, IT Infrastructure, IT Security, and AI/ML technology.
- Responsible for leading multiple transformational projects like setting up an E-Commerce platform, Call Centre, CRM, etc.
- Implementing new technologies like AI, Chat Bot, RPA, etc. to improve operation efficiency and revenue.
