Work Description:

1. Drive key business metrics directly related to revenue, customer acquisition & repeat sales.

2. Accountable for digital marketing from strategy to execution

- Google : Search, YouTube, Adwords, GDN, Affiliate, SEO

- Social

- Marketplace

- Facebook, Instagram

- Amazon, Flipkart, healthcare and women platforms

3. Own & define brand identity & communications across all mediums - ads, social media, shop front, PR and all customer touchpoints

4. Identifying and building digital marketing channel to penetrate deeper.

5. Work closely with Content team to build influencer marketing and affiliate marketing & Product team to design campaigns for brand awareness & sales.

6. Work with tech team to design Shop fronts and CRM to drive sales

7. Obsessive focus on on-page conversion, CPM, CPC, cost of acquisition and ROAS

- Lead video content marketing using creatives, audiences, A/B tests

- Build cross-platform FUNNELS to implement retargeting strategies

8. Setup customer journeys using marketing automation tools, Email, SMS, WhatsApp

9. Develop marketing campaigns with a strong HOOK to drive eCommerce sales on website 10. Sharp focus on hyper-growth yet achieve profitable unit economics

11. The role will require leadership and mentoring a small group of managers and executives

Candidature requirements:

- 7+ years of digital marketing experience in performance marketing with digital first brand

- Proven track record in running D2C consumer acquisition funnels across FB, Google,Affiliates

- Highly digital tools savvy to drive performance

- Passionate to work in entrepreneurial set-ups, comfortable with ambiguity and working in a constantly evolving business environment.

- Experience in managing influencer programs

- Experience in managing affiliate programs and strategic alliances

- Built channels for D2C brands to get direct traffic/sales to brand app/website

- Experience in building organic growth channels will be preferred

- Ability to work with lean teams in a startup environment

- Strong interest in building long term organic growth channels
