We are looking for a Head– Digital Ad sales for the largest Hindi newspaper group of India based at New Delhi /Mumbai.

Our client is one of the largest Hindi newspaper group of India. Today it reaches more than 19 million readers every day through its over 2.4 million circulated copies all India.

Job Details :

Location - Delhi / Mumbai ( Andheri)

Grade - DGM / GM

Medium - Primarily Hindi / English

CTC - Decent Hike on existing

Industry - Digital Media

Education & Exp - 12+ years digital media experience with minimum 4-5 years managing direct reports with demonstrated success,
Strong Excel, PPT, ad software

Skills Set - Knowledge of Google Analytics, and technical knowledge reqd to sell Digital Products and online adsales. Person with digital ad sales or radio ad sales background will be preferred but should have solid print ad sales experience.

Job Profile / Deliverables

Head of Digital Ad Sales, is directly responsible for revenues generation for print, radio and digital ad sales.

1. Manage and support a team that is responsible for all campaign executions, ad trafficking and delivery, ad sales operations and product launches that have impacts to advertising

2. Work with cross functional teams including Sales, Product, Tech, Creative, Business Development, Broadcast Operations and Business Intelligence to lead, recommend, test, QA and implement new ad products, sales processes and solutions

3. Continually evaluate advertising solutions and team structure to improve day to day business operations. Identify process inefficiencies and make ongoing recommendations for streamlining systems and improving operations workflow

4. Evaluate, liaise and support multiple key external partners and internal stakeholders for incremental local and national revenue opportunities, including Audience Extension and remnant partnerships

5. Present insightful data for key metrics to senior management, including eCPM’s, sell through rates and modeled impacts to business

6. Manage annual Digital Advertising Operations budget

7. Assist in testing new features and products, participate in UAT and product sign-off

8. Directly manage monthly digital billing and overall campaign pacing for national digital sales team

9. Respond to ad-hoc analytics requests for internal tracking and performance reporting purposes

10. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
