Production Head- Production, Quality, Planning & Monitoring

Monitor the vendors & outsource agent .

- Overall responsible for managing day to day production as per specified schedules.

- Proactively contributed in managing administrative & personnel functions of the units.

- Interfaced & coordinated with buyers representative for obtaining approval for pre-production samples, Pilot run, wash, on line and final inspection.

- Contributed significantly for production planning, final inspection and shipments with Marketing Department.

- Devised effective strategies to avoid rejections and to achieve 100% shipment of the cut quantity.

- Played pivotal role in planning production as per different Buyer standards.

- Accomplished responsibility for Recruitments, Induction & placement of team for the units.

- Regularly monitored performance of Quality control team to ensure Quality as per norms.

- Developed internal control plans & quality audit checks for various operational areas and recommended cost control measures for improvement.

- Day to day corresponding with buyers

- Coordination with sampling dept for various sample submissions

- Get approvals of trims & fabric ( lab dips / prints off) from buyer

- Working with design team for development packages to send to the buyer keeping into consideration the buyers requirement and the season.

- Prepare & Monitoring daily reports of all running orders, sending weekly status reports and developments on the orders & samples to buyers.

Preparing the Production plan & ensuring that it goes as per the plan by constant follow up on fabric / trims with the supplier

- Capable of handling huge volume of hosiery garments production.

- Min. of 15 yrs exp. in Textile / Hosiery Garments Industry

- Thorough Knowledge in domestic /local production facilities.

- Team builder with the positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.

- Candidates capable of handling 200 machines with 10-15 years, .

- Experience and Knowledge in line production is a must.
