B.E/ B.Tech / MBA/ CA / ICWA with 10 Years of work experience

The job requires Planning and Execution of RA vision and strategy to develop world class Revenue Assurance function consisting all LoBs serving in all the geographies - India, South Asia and Africa operations. Key deliverables are:

- Formation of in-house RA Academy to nurture expert RA skill set across all Operating Unit

- Controller of RA Service paths and Revenue paths for all service offerings & define RA controls to ensure all services get billed / charged as per the business configurations.

- Building strong change management controls in OSS & BSS upgrades and transformation projects to ensure FTR

- Establishing uniform Robust Governance model across all geographies

- Responsible to create, Develop and Strengthen SME team within RA for all operational units which can act as a controlling body for operations and enable the future objective of building RA factory which can run on SoPs and reduce human dependency.

- Developing and implementing new RA tools with a view to enhance Productivity & efficiency
