Role : Head Large Screen Data/ DGM

Exp: 10 - 16 years

Education : Should be from Tier 1 B School

CTC: 25 - 30 lacs

Should be from Bengaluru only; and candidates from Bengaluru willing to relocate permanently back to Bengaluru can apply.

Role, Responsibilities :

- Gross Revenue, REC Net Adds, Gross adds and Data realization for Large Screen data business ( 3X, 3G, Postpay & Prepay )

- Acquisitions for CDMA & 3G in Prepay & Postpay

- Post pay Acquisitions from Retail, SME segments & Individual Owned acquisitions from Top Corporates

- Prepay acquisitions from Inbound Sales team

- Devices Management - Alliances with Open Market Devices, drive company promoted devices

- Acquisition Quality - M2 REC %

- Acquisition Revenue - M0 - M2 Revenue

- High Value Acquisition Contribution

- Product Strategy for Postpay & Prepay Acquisitions

- Product wise performance on Contribution to overall Gross Adds, ARPU and Acquisition CR

- Net Acquisition Cost ( NAC ) for the Circle

- Usage & Retention for base

- Reduce Base Decay / Churn and increase Base ARPU

- Upselling of packs, VAS and plan upgrades for the base
