Head/DGM - Internal Audit/Management Assurance - CA - Diversified Group

The Client :

A leading diversified group in South India with businesses across automotive precision components, IT, travels/cargo, engineering, real estate sectors.

The Role :

- The Management Assurance Head is a part of Corporate Governance ensuring compliance of strategic, tactical and operational processes / policies are in line with the Corporate policy.

- The role is a mix of Audit / Assurance / Compliance, Risk Management (assessment and action planning), Gap Analysis, Business Process Improvement/Consulting to make sure the business processes are in line with the best in the world in terms of effectiveness and efficiency.

The Person for the role :

- Chartered Accountant with about 10 to 15 years extensive experience in Management Assurance / Audit function in Automobile component space / diversified company with a large chunk of auto component manufacturing experience (OR)

Chartered Accountant with Audit / Assurance experience in Big 4 / other leading consulting/audit firms predominantly in Mfg/Automobile space.

- Good Stakeholder Mgmt, People Mgmt skills with ability to relate operational level deliverables to the strategic intent of the organisation.

- Leadership experience in Audit / Assurances / Business Process Improvement/Excellence.

The CTC budget for the role is about INR 20 to 25 LPA and reporting to the Management Team.
