8. Design and manage company-wide process of organization development that addresses issues such as succession planning, superior workforce development, key employee retention and change management
9. Creating a culture of Safety and wellbeing of employees
10. Management Processes - Performance Appraisals, Promotions & development
11. Provide necessary support & guidance to plant HR team to achieve HR goals
12. Networking with HR Fraternity and benchmarking of best practices
13. Oversee the General Administration Function for smooth operations
14. Other HR tasks adding value to the organization
15. Integration of HR operations with SAP modules
