Expectations from the Role / Job :   - Develop, manage and implement creative, effective and successful Digital Marketing plans.   - Drive and deliver unique product / brand positioning through innovative means leading to a strong customer association, on the Online / Digital platforms.  - Identify the scope and work towards improving the usability, design and content leading to consumer conversion at the company website.  - Create and execute Integrated Marketing Campaigns across all digital platforms for customer engagement and brand/ product recalls.  - Promote content across social media platforms and ensure increased brand awareness.  Budgeting and Planning  - Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing initiatives in line with Business Units requirements   - Identification & rollout of effective touch points across the digital platforms that provide high ROIs.   - Planning short term and long term strategies to increase brand loyalty of the digital explorers / potential customers.   Web and social analytics :   - Constantly engage in social media analytic's of the brand and its competitors in various product categories and update management on the findings  - Derive insights from analytic's & use the same for segmentation, identifying influencers, communication approach and improving user experience across different groups / geographies  - Leverage data analytic to customise user experience at all digital touch points of the brand  E-commerce :   - Support the development / scalability of the e-commerce platform as an alternate revenue channel  - Facilitate content and positioning and help in forecasting and inventory levels for the e-commerce business  Skills and Knowledge :   Education: MBA in marketing with a background of IT or technology related qualifications  - The resource should have a demonstrable track record in driving significant improvements through digital channels and with an appetite to try new areas  Relevant experience: 6-7 years in digital marketing  1. Prior experience in organizations that extensively use Digital Marketing (preference to be given to people from e-commerce portal companies)  2. Managing SEM and SEO for large websites (monthly traffic of 5 lakh plus visits)  3. Strong data analytics skills  4. Prior experience in content development for social media platforms and corporate websites  5. Managing website content through CMS  6. Experience in ORM, CRM, lead management and loyalty programs  Personal Characteristics & Behaviors :   1. Self-confident and reliant, must be a self starter   2.
