Head/DGM - Distribution - Telecom

We at Axon Competence Solutions, ACS looking for Head Distribution / DGM for leading telco operator @ Bengaluru location

What we need :

- Candidate should be from telecom/ FMCG industry.

- Should have 12 years to 16 years overall experience

- From Tier1/ Tier 2 B Schools with Sales, Distribution experience

Responsibilities:

- Drive business growth by developing Sales & Distribution Channels for all pdt. lines

- Manage circle distribution Scorecard and regular reviews

- Distribution Review mechanism for timely analysis and tight monitoring to meet business objectives Channel & Sales Manpower Dimensioning - Norms, Gap Identification & reduction

- Dimension and bridge the gap in number of channel partner and FOS and Field force

- Ensure and drive Channel Accounts Reconciliation on a Quarterly basis

- Increasing market share and revenue enhancement through proper channel management development of distribution channels for modern trade channels
