Role purpose :

- International C&B Policies and their consistent implementation

- Global Policies governed by Group Rewards

- Ensuring Total Rewards initiatives are built up from a Discover Program perspective on the principles of fast track careers, retention of high potential and market competitiveness.

- Engage with stakeholders in managing promotions and reward

- MBA-HR with 6 to 8 years experience in taking care of Compensation & Benefits from Tier 1 institute can apply.
