Head/DGM/AGM - Finance - Healthcare - CA

Senior Management Role reporting to CEO

Organisation - Healthcare industry - Multi-specialty hospital having around 250 beds and tie-up with hospital facilities across various locations.

Key responsibilities:

- Overall in-charge of Finance & Accounting function

- Maintaining books of accounts.

- Maintaining finance operations at optimum level.

- Preparation of budget and delivering monthly MIS.

- Handling direct and indirect tax matters.

- Quality-Cost-Delivery for Hospital Performance

- Working capital management for Hospitals.

- Asset safeguarding to optimize asset utilization of capacities

- Building a good team, training, and development.

Experience: 5-10 years in Healthcare/Hospital Industry

Other skills:

- Action oriented - ability to provide direction to team

- Executing daily, weekly, and monthly finance and accounting operations

- People orientation to enable team to excel in their domain of expertise

- Expert Knowledge of Accounting, Finance and Tax

- Inter-personnel skills to liaison between management and finance teams.

Academic Qualifications: CA / CA (Inter)
