Head - Designer - Kids Category

Job Responsibilities of Head Designer :

- Managing design/planning process for each concept. Working closely with leadership team to secure business based on sales.

- Plan entire range across each category (Women, Men and Kids).

- Leading a team of all designers and mentoring them, working to empower each channel to work independently .

- Securing complete range from selection/sourcing of material till final execution of complete range, plan campaign collections.

- Briefing the design team on range planning, development and execution of the same.

- Closely monitoring the supply chain calendar, ensuring the team adheres to the same.

- Continuous process of product development, extending vendor base and supporting the sourcing team.

- Proactively involved in each brand from trim to final product
