Hiring for fastest-growing full-service discount brokerage company in the fintech space Head of Design (Lead UI UX) Base: Mumbai Requirement: Preferred candidates from:- 1) NID - Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar or Bangalore. 2) NIFT - All campuses. 3) IIT - School of Design - Experience on team handling in design department for UX (User Experience Design) - Working experience on B2C or Customer Facing applications for Mobile & Web based applications. - Worked as Lead for design projects. - Education background (Master OR Bachelor of Designs) from Tier 1 or Good Design Institutes. - Any B2C Segment industry. Responsibilities:- - Planning and delivering UX designs while working closely with cross-functional teams. - Own End-to-End UX process based on existing product vision and business requirements. - Translate business and user requirements into highly effective design solutions. - Lead design efforts in a fast-paced agile environment. - Perform market and user research, including contextual inquiry, product feedback, data analysis, or competitive research. - Collaborate with cross-functional project teams which will include user researchers, UI designers, product managers, business stakeholders, and engineers to produce and enhance low-fidelity sketches, medium fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flow diagrams, and final UX specifications. - Communicate design strategy and rationale to stakeholders. - Use user-centered design process and rapidly test and iterate your designs. - Work directly with other designers to envision and iterate the concept. - Conduct concept and usability testing as well as gather feedback. - Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success.
