- Looking at Experience Projects- Architect who has got extensive experience of commercial / hotel projects and can help plan and supervise a wide range of upgradation and construction projects. - An Architect who is well-versed with construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate with a team of professionals/ Consultants of different disciplines to achieve the best results. - Will need to be involved in new building designs, extensions, alterations, restorations and put together feasibility reports and design proposals. - Manage budget, schedule, design and documentation for multiple architectural, interiors, and landscape projects utilizing external consultants. - Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations. - Have Drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar) - Have good knowledge of MS Office &amp; familiarity with construction/ project management software. - Thorough with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Auto Cad,Have Communication and project management skills. - Key Role is to strategize and implement Design brief, Design and overall Development road map, aligned to the Business Plan &amp; Strategy, Engineering, Commercial, Economics, Schedule, Regulatory, Construction, Marketing, Branding, Sales for effective Sale of the project. Responsibilities : - Support in Project due diligence, feasibility. - Overall development and design management of project aligned to P&amp;L model through inception to handover stages from design brief, conceptualisation, aesthetics, value engineering, material selections, product consistency, tender &amp; execution data, project schedule &amp; progress and from efficiencies, regulatory, local codes, cost &amp; productivity aspects. - Appointment of Consultants and briefing them on requirements basis company vision, design brief, expectations in terms of quality, quantity &amp; responsive delivery and project timelines. - Ability to effectively collaborate and coordinate with internal (Business Development, Liaison, Projects, Sales, Branding-Marketing, Commercial-Contracts &amp; Procurement, Finance &amp; Accounts) to external stakeholders (Consultants, Vendors, Contractors, Liasioning officials if needed, Customers) across all challenges and diversities. - Comply with company processes, identify and improve process in own work domain and adhere to project schedule. Identify needs and pursue self and team development. Implement best in standard yet cost effective design practice and aligning project as company brand
