Head - Design & Development - Real Estate

A designer who:

The Regional Head will be responsible for:

- Providing design leadership to projects of Artha

- Representing Artha architecture design to industry

- Recruiting, training and developing design staff across a broad range of experience levels.

- Consulting with other departments on company activities and organization

The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications to be considered:

- Architecture Design degree - Masters degree is a plus.

- Approx 12-15 years experience

- Previous experience and track record in a major real estate / design firm within the past 10 years could be a plus depending on role and responsibility.
