- Masters in one of our Tracks - SE, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Science or in the area of Education/Learning Design

- Strong technical hands-on experience in roles related to any of our tracks - Software Engineering, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, or Data Science. At least 5-7 years of practitioner experience in any of these tracks

- Teaching/training experience in a formal Academic or Corporate setting

- Strong interest and experience (5+ years) in managing learning product design & development

- Familiarity with each stage of the design & development lifecycle for ILT, Online learning, Blended learning courses

- Ability to review & critique the work done by content design & development specialists

- Quality mindset & obsessive attention to detail. Experience of building products for global audiences

- Project/Process Management

- Proven ability to manage large teams

- Continued ability & currency of skills to participate & lead delivery in chosen technical areas to inspire & motivate team members

- Ability to participate in & contribute to the learning design & instructional strategy

- Budgeting & Planning and Strategy

- Education / Training Design, Development & Delivery experience in an education company or an academic institute with a strong reputation in Executive development programs

- Content Design & Development Manager/Lead at a Technology services company with large volumes of internal training annually

- Responsible for leading the learning design & development team consisting of development managers, subject-matter experts, content developers, and other content development specialists

- Full accountability for designing & developing learning products as per the approved product build plan & GPS learning design framework & standards

- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of design & development models

- Ensure adherence to the learning design & development processes such that the products enable the desired learning outcomes to be achieved and learners attain the promised exit profiles

- Plan the resource requirements based on the approved build plan and product release timelines

- Work with the Product Management Head and the Delivery Head to ensure the product proposition & vision is fully realized & delivered to create a competitive edge for our businesses

- Recruit Content Development Managers and deploy them as per capacity requirements

- Oversee the recruitment, training & deployment of content developers & specialists to ensure smooth execution of the build plan

- Identify & recruit/contract SMEs and Practitioners as required for product development

- Optimize & manage overall team strength to achieve financial goals while maintaining quality & customer experience

- Work with Delivery teams to fix quality issues reported from the field

- Implement a CI/CD model to ensure continuous improvement of products during their lifecycle

- Systematically, track and publish key metrics related to the product development lifecycle

- Implement technical & commercial models for scaling development capacity on demand

- Identify automation opportunities to improve productivity of development
