Primary Responsibilities: - Ensure innovative and practical design solutions - Focus on operational advancement by onboarding best-in-class consultants / architects / designers. - Effective implementation of robust quality and assurance and HSE standards across assets and ensuring the highest standards of compliance and adherence. - Drive initiatives related to Environment, Sustainability, and Governance in alignment with annual ESG goals. - Optimize development costs by conceptualizing innovative design solutions and through value engineering. - Plan developmental journeys to control costs and ensure effective execution in compliance with the mandates. - Head the process for forward planning and forecasting, ensuring timely delivery. - Coordinate with verticals, regions, the land acquisition team etc., to accurately estimate a forecast for material requirements. - Enhance customer experience through efficient yet attractive design solutions. - Improve customer satisfaction through timely completion and delivery of projects. - Achieve operational excellence through the effective utilization of Project Management Consultants. - Provide technical solutions based on Industry best practices to deliver safe, compliant, sustainable, and innovative property solutions. - Manage the performance of the team members given individual and team targets. - Create learning opportunities for the team members to build capabilities in Project Management. - Prepare analysis and primer on new construction trends, methodology, and cost escalations. - Work with business teams to understand pain areas and create a development plan/program to address them - Benchmark development function with top-of-the-line development companies in terms of governance, process, and third-party endorsement. - Onboard and integrate new assets in the portfolio post acquisitions. - Work with technical consultants/advisors during an exit-related discussion on asset quality. - Ensure 100% compliance coverage across under-construction buildings and development practices.
