Head - Design - B2C Startup

Our client is a B2B2C tech firm backed by Future Group and tech venture capitalist founded by founders - IITB Graduates who are experienced in retail, ecommerce and fintech

The company aims to become one app to manage all your brands loyalty points, cashback and coupons. It will have additional content and discovery layer for customers and brands for further engagement and commerce.

Carrot is the new brand name for soon-to-be revamped FuturePay which currently powers closed loop loyalty programs for all different brands under FutureGroup. Currently Carrot (aka currently FuturePay) has 20Mn+ registered customers and 3Mn MAU across 8 brands.

With this Carrot wants to be at the center of D2C Brands and consumer consumption ecosystem

Key Responsibilities - As Head Of Design :

You will be a strategic partner to product, engineering, business, and brand teams to deliver experiences that delight our customers and drive business results. You will be custodian of customer experience obsession within the leadership team and building that organisation.

- You will be a part of core founding team and thus will be a part of organisation building journey

- Manage, hire and grow a team of rockstar designers.

- Have a deep understanding of product metrics and translate to design goals

- Lead the overall design vision that enhances our product experience, for enterprises across the world

Requirement :

- Has 3+ years of professional design leadership experience - having managed a team of designers

- Has 6+ years of UX design expertise Experienced and well versed in conducting different methods of research and usability testing

- Good knowledge and understanding of design principles, interaction design standards, and UI patterns for web and mobile In-depth understanding of the elements of a design system and capacity to create one

- Great aptitude for solving complex business problems
