Company Profile - Men's Wear Apparel Brand (50+ Retail Stores)

Location - Ahmedabad

Designation - Head Design / GM Design

Experience - 12 to 15 years in men's wear brand company only

Salary - As per candidate (15% to 30% Hike on current salary)

Education - Fashion Design from NID or NIFT

Job Timing - 10am to 6.45pm (Monday to Saturday), 2nd & 4th Saturday - Half day

Job Responsibilities

- Working with the marketing team to plan seasonal campaigns that will help sell products in stores

- Creating designs that meet brand standards and are appealing to consumers

- Coordinating with other members of the team including marketing, advertising, and public relations staff to ensure that all aspects of the brand are represented in the final product

- Meeting with store managers to discuss new collections, get feedback on current offerings, and introduce new items

- Reviewing new trends in fashion to determine which styles will have lasting appeal to consumers

- Managing the production process from start to finish. This includes selecting fabrics and materials, creating mockups for approval, and overseeing production schedules

- Collaborating with other designers in the company to create new collections based on seasonal themes or specific customer requests

- Preparing sketches and models to present design concepts to clients

- Working with models to select which fashions are most appropriate for each season
