Head/Deputy Head - Administration

Position 1 : HEAD - ADMINISTRATION

Experience : 22+yrs

CTC : 30 to 35 lakh + Perk

Position 2 : DY. HEAD - ADMINISTRATION

Experience : 18+yrs

CTC : 25 to 30 lakh + Perk

Qualification :

Graduate/Post Graduate, preferably with additional management qualification from reputed institute.

Role :

- To manage in a cost effective manner the Group's large network (multi site) of facilities including showrooms, retail outlets, residential complexes, mess facilities, fleet of vehicles, etc.

- Ensuring proper maintenance and upkeep of the facilities, management of leasing & rentals and liaison with various government agencies and suppliers will be an integral part of the role.

- To oversee the safety, statutory requirements & security functions of the group, close interaction with all the Business Heads and large number of staff ensuring customer satisfaction of all internal users.

Responsibilities :

- Around 22+ years of relevant experience in medium to large sized companies.

- The ideal candidate should be currently heading the administration and commercial activities at the national level with focus on infrastructure, transportation and security & safety functions.

- Experience in handling multi location facilities preferred.

- Must have stable profile at least 4 year in a company

- Must handling 1,000 + people strength

Note : Candidate need to talk in Tamil or Malayalam, at least understand the language

The position will report to Chairman.

- Candidates from large size reputed Indian / MNC companies preferably with multi-location operations.
