Number of reporters with designation : Approx 9 AM/ Managers with complete manpower of Approx 250 no's. (Roll & contractual Manpower)

Level of this position : DGM

Minimum Qualification : Degree With approx 15 yrs of exp

Age criterion : Around 40

KRA's : Complete Operations of the plant

Industry preference : Auto component industry

Location : Noida, PH-II

Overall Operations may include :

- Production

- Process Enhancements

- Quality Management Systems/TQM

- Vendor/Material Management

- Maintenance

- Man Management

- HR/Legal/Labour/finance/Liaison

- Store/Dispatch/Logistics

- Optimum utilization of resources
