Head/Deputy General Manager - Legal - Automotive

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Draft, Review, Vet and negotiate all Suppliers and Customer Contracts, including Contracts of other entities on various aspects in India and internationally as per business needs.

2. Liaising with various stakeholders and top management for giving them solutions and views as per business needs

3. Manage big ticket and high profile litigation of the Company and other entities on special projects

4 Legal risk and crisis management, proactive analysis of the legal & policy changes and their implementation

5. Regular updates on laws of country effecting business to internal stakeholders.

6. Assist Tax and Customs department in various legal interfaces with the Govt bodies.

7. Support other entities on special projects and civil and criminal matters

8. Support the secretarial and the compliance activities of the company.

9. Standardize templates for various contracts executed by Company.

10. Advisory on day to day matters of the Company including HR, Finance and Tax issues.
