Company Overview: Our Client is a Startup firm building a highly scalable AI Platform/product for the enterprise B2B Market.

Job Description : We are looking for a Lead Generation Head to supervise our lead generation team. They research, generate, and follow up on leads through remote outreach methods, such as phone, email, and other social media channels. The Lead Gen Head will also motivate and coach team members to increase leads and help them achieve the targets. The Head will devise and track KPIs relevant to the group's performance, including overall meetings count, sales growth, and maximising reach-outs in a timely manner. Applicants must have at least 8-10 years of lead generation/inside sales experience and be knowledgeable about the Technologies and Back-office services sales to the customer base in North America. We are looking for a results-driven individual who is an expert in lead generation techniques.

Key Responsibilities :

- Research and qualify assigned leads to ensure they fit our description of an Ideal Client.

- Well-versed with lead generation through different tools and social media.

- Conduct initial web presentations using Zoom as well as make follow-up phone calls and launch lead nurturing email campaigns.

- Work in conjunction with the marketing squad specific to business development initiatives.

- To do research and set-up meetings for the Sales Team and work together as a team to achieve the given target/quota.

- Collaborate with our Sales Executives to win new clients and suggest innovative ways to improve our process and methodology.

- Utilize our CRM to fully manage the lead funnel and provide progress reports to upper management as required.

- Stay accountable to specific KPIs for effective job performance.

- Ensuring 100% achievement against given team quota

- Should know how to build high growth teams and lead them, motivate, and ensure they are aligned towards the company goals.

Requirements :

- Minimum 10+ years of experience into demand and lead generation (SaaS/Product/Software/IT vertical/Internet).

- Embrace phone sales, coaching, structure, and the importance of accountability to KPIs.

- Strong understanding of the North America/USA market.

- Strong communication, team management, time-management, and organization skills.

- Tenacious and passionate in pursuit of goal achievement, company success, and personal growth.

- Practical application of CRM software and MS Office/Google Suite.

- Should be a good leader and team player.

Qualifications :

- Graduate/ Post graduate (Preferable) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS/Product/Software marketing leadership roles.

- Strong understanding of the US market

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
