Job Responsibilities:
- The head of Demand Generation will setup a scalable outbound process using new age tools and techniques.
Must have:
- Strong written communication skills to be able to create very customized cold emails, follow up mails and be able to train the team to send good emails.
- Preferred to be more hands-on.
- Experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS is required. It is preferred, if someone has sold solutions which take longer sales cycles [3-12 months] and long implementation cycles, and the end users of the product are employees of the company, but the buyer is a CXO [e.g: SAP Concur, Salesforce, Freshworks]
- The target will be to create ~250 Sales qualified leads per year for the sales team, majorly through outbound approach.
- Coordination with Sales, sales ops, marketing teams would be required to orchestrate targeted campaigns.
- There will be a separate focus on strategic group accounts (ABM)
- Preferred 10+ years experience
