Eirene Systems - Head - Delivery & Operations

We are looking to hire a visionary Delivery & Operations head equipment to COO to oversee our company's operational processes, and to ensure superb customer experience. The COO will optimize our company's operating capabilities, employ strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and manage marketing initiatives.

The COO will assist in compiling the company's budget and employ strategies to safeguard assets and stock.

You will compile financial reports and control financial policies and procedures. You will team up with management to implement business strategies.

COO Responsibilities :

- Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/ vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on- time, within scope and within budget.

- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility/ requirement analysis.

- Develop a detailed delivery plan to track progress.

- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Measure delivery performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.

- Monitor daily operations, Report and escalate to management as needed.

- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, Excellent client- facing, requirement gathering skills.

- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/ vendors.

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost- effective way to Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability,

- Manage budgets and forecasts Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs, Train and supervise staff Find ways to increase quality of customer service requirements COO Qualification and Experience Requirements

Requirement :

1. BE/B. Tech/MCA or equivalent degree

2. Over 15 years- experience managing a complex program delivery & operations.

3. Must have experience of given Tools & Technologies like Dockers, Jira, Jenkins, Kubernetes, FileSystem, AWS/Azure Cloud Services, MySQL, relational and non-relational databases

4. PHP, Python, Flask

5. Experienced technology professional with progressive management experience from a delivery, program management and technology standpoint

6. Product Development/Management experience expected (be it from Services Company or Product based Company) and NOT ITIL/Infrastructure Implementation experience

7. Should have experience software development lifecycle including architecture, UI/UX Design, Development, QA, Test Automation, DevOps, QAOps, Release Engg, SRE and Support (System Applications includes Server, Storage, Hypervisors, Cloud and DataCenter Technologies).

8. Experience in technically managing teams that have delivered projects/products in technologies such as .NET, C++, Java, Python, Android Application, IOS Application, PHP, JS etc.

9. Demonstrate excellent communication and client interactions skills

10. Manage client expectations/escalations with ease and have really good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

11. Demonstrate excellent people skills and an affable personality while managing a constantly expanding and experienced technology team

12. Experience in skill upgradation and career planning for team members as well as conducting performance appraisals for managers and leads

13. Experience in effective status reporting to the management team as well as ability to work well with peers in the company to achieve organizational goals

14. Entrepreneurial background would be desirable though not necessary

15. Diverse experience across both small and large services and product companies would be a big plus

16. Experience with Technical Pre-Sales Activities and Innovative POC's which can help us to accelerate the solution architecting process.
