Job Description :

- Head of Delivery Unit (D365 CE) - Leading Microsoft Dynamics Partner.

- Senior level of leadership and high ownership.

- This role is a combination of Presales, Consulting and Delivery supervision function.

- The candidate should be able to engage customers, work with the project leaders for project planning and project reviews, work to grow the practice and build the team in a sustained manner.

- The candidate will take responsibility for revenue numbers, and the unit P&L.

- The primary target customer segment for these offerings is going to be the Indian market.

- Some opportunities are likely to come from our existing customers being serviced for CRM Business Unit. The role however requires significant focus to be put on new customer acquisitions through presales.

The Successful Applicant :

- 12 years of relevant experience in D365 CE, delivering software solutions/ business applications to enterprises

- Product incubation including architecture, design and development of highly scalable software products

- Experience with modern technologies and applications that use AI/ML, Cloud computing.

- Graduate / Post Graduate Engineering in Computer Science/ MCA from premier institutes

- Strong project management experience in relational databases, Business Intelligence and Analytical Reporting using AGILE / SCRUM Methodologies

- Experience and ability to represent the company in professional association, groups, forums and events

- Excellent leadership, decision making and communications skills

- Strong customer orientation and ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships at all levels

- Strong people management skill
