Head - Delivery Management - BI/DW

ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES

1. As a strategic member of the Leadership team will be responsible for contributing to visioning Delivery and Operational excellence for Business Intelligence, Advance Analytics products business.

2. Will be responsible for Delivery, quality ,staffing,recruitment and competency management .

3. Will be responsible for delivery of the targeted revenue and aspects of putting best in class processes and team for the same and it management.

OTHER IMPORTANT ASPECTS OF ROLE:

1. Experience in leading large delivery organization of Services ($50m-75m revenues),750+ consultants in services or products team with multi projects with the Retail customers, primarily in Information management, Data warehousing etc.. .

2. Demonstrated experience of building the processes and the team .

3. Deep understanding and insights into Delivery excellence,quality,staffing and operations.

4. Prior experience on working with offshore / geographically diverse teams in global organization.

5. Overall experience of 17-20 years .

6. An engineer/Mtech/MBA.
