Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Strategy:
- Provide strategic direction and vision for the application delivery team, aligning it with the company's goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement best practices, processes, and methodologies for application development and delivery.
- Lead and mentor a team of software developers, architects, and quality assurance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and cross-functional teams.
2. Application Development:
- Oversee the entire software development life cycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications that meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and development plans.
- Manage the application development process, including resource allocation, budgeting, and project planning.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and industry best practices, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
3. Project Management and Delivery:
- Define project scopes, timelines, and milestones, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.

4. Vendor Management:
