Head - Debt Syndication - Bank

The role would involve working on:

- Sourcing and structuring the debt deals

- Formulation of Project Finance & Debt syndication strategy, financing term-sheet, Information Memorandum and financial model for the project

- Seek business opportunities with clients across various sectors and develop/maintain relationship with financial institutions for syndication deals

- Formulation/optimizing of financing structure and minimizing funding costs

- Providing Investment Banking services like Debt Syndication, Equity Syndication, Business and Project Advisory, Business Valuation and M&A Advisory services to corporate clients of the company

Understanding clients' financial requirements and effectively matching them with appropriate credit products available in the market.

- Devising and executing a robust business development strategy.

- Collaborating both internally and with potential investors to fulfill client needs.

- Formulating strategies for setting business verticals viz Appraisal & Syndication Desk, Debt Capital Markets, Equity capital Market & maintaining business development and transaction execution.

Skills required. - Should have good understanding on Debt Capital Market & Debt Syndication
