Head - Debt Raising/Project Finance and F&A

The role is to head debt raising/project finance with additional responsibility of finance & accounts for a fast growing infra company. This is a CFO position in the co. Primary responsibility will be raising debt, project financing, raising working capital etc. for the company. Along with this will also head accounting, audit, taxation, controller-ship functions.

Will work directly with the the promoters of the company.

Desired Candidate's profile :

- Looking for a senior professional having leadership experience. Must have very good debt raising/project finance experience.

- Must have modeling, deal closures, deal management experience.

- Have good relations with banking/financial institutional etc.

- Must have some exposure to infra/power/energy sector.

- Experience of handling accounting or F&A will be an added advantage

Qualification : CA/MBA
