Head - Debt/Credit Research - BFSI

- Flash notes: Updates on any development, regulatory / policy change, industry development and impact of the same (for issuers, investors etc)

- Periodic industry dossier: Performance update, important developments / updates and impact of the same, project awards, recent transactions

- Data bases: develop and maintain in-house data bases (new transactions & metrics, project awards, issuers)

- Pitch book: preparation/updation of pitch book for sales team for both issuers & investors

- Knowledge sharing with industry participants: Interacting with issuers, investors, other stakeholders (industry updates, trends, new transactions / products / structures)

- Authoring articles / thematic notes on industry developments, innovative funding solutions, value add by the platform

- Studies / projects with industry stakeholders - e.g. understanding impediments in debt investment by specific category of investors and offering solutions for overcoming the same; or challenges in accessing debt market by certain sectors.

- Working with products team for developing & rolling out new products / structures

- Monitoring the performance, acceptability of products; updating / upgrading based to improve product acceptability by market participants.

- Asset Management: Developing framework for monitoring performance of portfolio assets to identify portfolio stress; Preparing regular updates

- Platform performance: Preparing updates notes / presentations on performance of the platform, products, transaction updates, case studies etc

- Institutional investor network: Engaging with large investors for onboarding them on to the platform

- Providing input for supporting the investment process

What we are looking for

- CA / MBA, great with numbers, enterprising, ambitious

- 10-14 years experience in extensive research role across sectors and strong understanding of Macro-Economic indicators.

- Exposure to media and publications .

- understands debt markets, and associated regulation.

- Ability to ideate, structure, articulate .

- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while working across teams.
