Job Description :
- Build and navigate the collection strategy for a large consumer finance portfolio to minimize delinquencies, achieve targets and control costs
- Mentor, train and lead a team of in house Tele-collection agents and manage the external collection agencies
- Analyse Collection efficiency and formulate plans for implementing collection efficiency
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and legal compliance
- Review escalated customer complaints and methods of resolution, conflict and crisis management
- Monitor and keep a close track of Collection Costs in accordance with budget
- Analyse and provide inputs to Credit & Sales teams on emerging trends, patterns in customer behaviour, collections performance across the region
