Role/ Job Title: Head-Dealer Relations and Channel Management for Consumer Durable Loan

Business: Retail Banking

Function/ Department: Consumer Durables

Place of Work: BKC Mumbai

Job Purpose:

- The role entails scaling up the Consumer durable loans business for the bank by building the compelling product portfolio in the most cost efficient and technology effective manner and differentiating from competitors.

- Role will closely collaborate with Retail Assets team - Business Heads, Business Analytics, Products team, Systems, Relationship Managers, Marketing team, Operations and Collections teams for same.

- This role encapsulates the responsibility of owning the dealer journey and experience from dealer acquisition and activation to empanelment and servicing. It also entails the end to end management of Brand relations. This role holder must be equipped with the technical and functional skills to scale up the CF and IF business which are in their nascent stage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Ensure development of best in class value propositions/solutions for the existing customers and to achieve future customer acquisition targets

- Lead and direct the Consumer Durable loans product & portfolio heads by providing strategic inputs and plans for conceptualizing the product offerings and managing the overall portfolio quality

- Develop the overall solutions strategy for Consumer Durable loans by enabling teams, systems, processes and partnerships

- Envisage robust data driven marketing plans (campaigns & communication initiatives) in collaboration with the platforms, customer acquisition and marketing teams and ensure undertaking of sales enablement/effectiveness activities to achieve customer acquisition/deepening targets

- Create and maintain relationships with key strategic accounts

- Partner with the Systems and Training team to ensure sales enablement and adherence to compliance and company guidelines

- Build and nurture strategic partnerships across key dealers, manufacturers, Brands, channel/product partners etc. to increase the penetration of entire portfolio

- Improve the performance & quality of portfolio through regular monitoring and providing recommendations for course correction to the Product and Sales teams

- Work with business analytics team to identify potential for Consumer durable loan business which includes CD, CF and IF

- Own the Dealer relations and Brand relations exercise and chart standardized process to ensure constructive relationships
