1. Oversee and drive the complete management of data acquisition and development processes from all the Customs and Governmental sources, including the tenders. 2. Responsibility would be to, not only acquire and sanitise the data and statistics, but also to develop and discern trends, patterns and sense from the collated data to enable meaningful analysis and visualisation of the data. 3. Develop processes and coordination mechanisms for sharing of relevant analysed and coherent data visualisations between the data management team and the requirements of different SBUs. 4. The individual would also drive the company's fundamental Price Development Mechanisms within the scope and compliance parameters of IOSCO (International Organisation of Securities Commissions) principles. He / she would also ensure continuous review and refine the same through feedbacks through SBUs (different commodities) heads through a joint working mechanism of a standing pricing committee. 5. Responsible for identifying, conceptualising and generating cutting edge special and customised reports from the company based on internal and external emerging data, market trends / sentiments and overall dynamic environmental situations. 6. The individual would be responsible for scouting and getting on board strategic Data and Content partner(s) and ensuring the licensing and other legal prerequisites and compliances. 7. The individual would be expected to contribute and add value to all SteelMint events either directly as a speaker or be present as a background for justification of data based presentations. Similarly, active contribution would also be expected to the Steel360, our industry publication.
