Head - Data Science/Machine Learning - Telecom Domain (15-25 yrs)
Build & Lead a team of highly skilled and motivated data scientists and deliver disruptive solutions in the field of Telco analytics leveraging state of the art AI/Data science technology on big data stack.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide thought leadership in solving complex AI/Data science problems
- Lead the team in delivering high quality production software (AI/DS component)
- Work closely with other development teams in design & integration stages
- Work closely with product management team in defining differentiating features which leverage AI/DS
- Evangelize AI/DS work done by team internally and externally
- Interact with industry experts to understand and incorporate latest technology innovations
Educational Qualification: PhD/Masters from premier institutes with expertise in applied statistics, data mining & machine learning
Skills:
- Statistics & data mining
- Regression, Clustering, Classification & Recommendation engine
- Deep neural networks
- NLP
- Big data stack - Hadoop/Spark
- Well versed with R, Python and preferably Scala
- Preferably exposure to BI tools like Tableau
Work Experience: 10+ years of experience using Machine Learning techniques.
