Head of Data Science for a Leading FinTech

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Provide the technical guidance in Big data & AI technologies to the teams Hire, Lead and nurture team of top talent in Data engineers and Data scientist's community.

- Drive the execution and delivery of large scale AI projects with work estimation,sprint planning and execution

- Understanding the scalability and reliability of data intensive applications

Technical skills :

- Expertise in Big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Presto, Hive, HBase, Cassandra.

- Strong coding skills in Python/Java/Scala any other language.

- Strong Expertise in Machine learning and Deep learning algorithms.

- Strong experience in Computer vision & NLP systems

- Strong experience in building machine learning pipelines

Inter personal skills :

- Effectively brainstorm, encourage ideation in the teams

- Exceptional collaborative & communication skills

- Articulate technical concepts in to easy-to-understand language for business partners
