Job Description - Digital transformation lead will also be expected to drive AI, ML, Data science and Engineering usage in all SSC functions, taking the digital footprint to the benchmark level.

Description

- Define digitization footprint for Global SCM, SCM SSC, and Manufacturing sites.

- Identify, define and execute projects for adopting latest technologies and tools in SSC functions.

- Support implementation of IIoT for assigned sites. Accountable for executing data analytics and visualization required for supply chain and factory digitization worldwide

- Partner with the IT Team in effective execution of the Industry 4.0 initiatives at various sites

- Provide expertise in deployment of high end technological initiatives like Control Tower, RPA,IQ-BOT,ML,AI, Data sciences and Data Engineering.

- Partner with SCM and Plant functions to understand the data control, analysis and visualization needs and provide sustainable solutions.

Profile

- Bachelor's degree in computers engineering from an accredited institute, with at least 10 years of relevant exposure in BI and hi-end technology adaptations.

- Certified data scientist with hands-on experience in various data science tools.

- Should have hands on exposure of implementing latest technological tools like control Tower, RPA, IQ-BOT, ML, AI

- Prior experience of managing data emerging from IIoT deployments, utilizing data points to develop descriptive and predictive solutions

- Should have exposure on managing several large programs involving data scientists and data engineers.

- Demonstrated ability to work in a virtual organization with excellent presentation skills including the ability to translate technical information to business terms
