Our client is a Bank.

Role Objective:

1. This role will be responsible revamping the Data Analytics, MIS and Data Science capabilities of the Bank and drive initiatives to ensure Bank is transformed into a data driven organization.

2. Transition current Bank MIS & Data Analytics landscape to ensure:

- Right Data Strategy

- Right Data Architecture

- Implement Data Engineering pipeline with reliability and error detection

- Design, implement and oversee Data Operations

- Ensure insight availability to business

3. This role will collaborate closely with all business and technology teams to ensure regular availability of MIS and analytics models that support business growth and cost reduction.

4. Constantly benchmark platforms against best in class globally

5. Explore, evaluate and Implement third party tie-ups

Educational Qualifications:

- Engineering degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Data Analytics (MBA will be added benefit)

Experience(Years and Core Experience Type):

- 10+ years of hands on experience in data analytics role, with 5+ years in team leadership managing transformation at a financial institution.
