It provides a platform for lenders and small businesses to connect and enable businesses to get loans with the fast approval process

Description

The key responsibilities of Head - Data Science and Analytics would be to:

- Develop cutting-edge Data Science and Analytics division to support the clientele around the world

- Create state of the art Data Science capabilities for the business to enable informed decision making

- Guide the company towards becoming a data-driven organization

- Design and launch innovative and complex analytic models, utilizing a blend of contemporary and traditional data mining technique

Profile :

As a successful candidate for Head - Data Science and Analytics Role, you should have:

- Quality Experience of 7-12 years in the domain

- Experience of managing mid-large sized teams, along with creating teams from scratch

- Operational understanding of classical regression, statistical methods like factor analysis, Clustering and hypothesis testing and modern machine learning methods

- Credit Risk and Data Science Experience with Financial Services/ Fintech/ BFSI companies

- Previously delivered high-quality projects within stipulated timelines

- worked with developers for data product development and automation within global banks/ NBFCs

- Knowledge of R, Python, SAS, VBA
