Head of Data Science & Analytics  CreditExchange is India's first regulatory approved, synthetic peer-to-peer lending platform for personal loans.  The Head of Data Science and Analytics will :  - Research and build innovative solutions to enable large scale risk assessment and decisions  - Extract insights from massive and highly complex data sets to identify credit and fraud risk patterns through advanced data mining and machine learning techniques  - Design and develop data-driven origination and risk management strategies  - Work with the Chief Risk Officer in deploying risk decisioning strategies, system enhancement, new product capabilities, trouble-shooting issues etc.  - Design reports to track portfolio credit mix change and risk performance measurements, collection effectiveness and efficiency. Conduct complex data analysis to identify opportunities of optimizing resource use and minimizing credit loss  - Conduct on-going risk solutions/ strategy performance monitoring and re-optimization  - Perform various ad-hoc analysis relating to fraud and credit risk management, communicate and share insights  - Provide analytical support to Collection and Finance teams  Requirements :  - Deep understanding of credit decision for personal loans, CIBIL scores and other credit evaluation metrics  - Strong experience with object-oriented design, coding and testing patterns  - Experience in architecting, building and maintaining (commercial or open source) software platforms and large-scale data infrastructures  - Experience building big data solutions  Start date : IMMEDIATE (max. 3 months).
