Head - Data Privacy - FinTech/BFSI

- 15 + years of relevant experience on the data privacy domain and interaction with regulators on compliance-related aspects and having a legal background.

- Experience in process consulting related to data privacy or being a part of data privacy programs and related implementations.

- Expertise in global data privacy laws including GDPR/CCPA/CPRA and related practices such as DPIAs, TIAs, RoPA etc.

- Experience in legal due diligence.

- Good communication and collaboration skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Passion to improve processes for service delivery teams by embedding privacy and compliance related best practices.

- Own and keep under constant review all the firm's data protection and privacy compliance arrangements and putting in place robust, time-bound remedial plans where necessary.

- Partner with all key business areas, such as the Infosec, Legal team, ERM, Product Owners and development teams etc., to ensure data privacy issues are considered at the outset of new projects, products, and initiatives.

- Monitor the industry landscape to keep visibility on evolutions, trends, and best practices related to Data Privacy with a desire to broaden knowledge on key pieces of Indian privacy legislations.
