Head - Data Infrastructure & Analytics - EduTech

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluating the company's current data infrastructure and institutionalizing a strong and ethical data infrastructure in tandem with the CTO

- Defining new data collection and analysis processes

- Analysing and interpreting data from all of the company's online and offline interventions with stakeholders, and creating pathways to product and service excellence

- Analysing assessment results, understanding cut-off scores and creating scale scores based on data

- Identifying patterns and trends in data sets

- Working alongside the management team and eventually building up own team

Required Qualification & Skills:

1. Strong mathematical and analytical skills to work with massive data sets.

2. Expertise on the following software: Excel, Stata, SPSS

3. Fantastic oral and written communication skills, ability to convey complex ideas simply

4. Strong critical thinking and evaluation skills to identify trends in data sets, bring a new perspective of evaluation

5. Strong attention to detail
