Head - Data Engineering - IT

Job Description

- Design and execute a roadmap to build and optimize data products to deliver high-quality, trustworthy data

- Lead, design and optimize data pipelines in support of descriptive analytics, data science, and ML

- In partnership with the Head of AI, develop data pipelines to support onboard and off board training of applications

- Build a data platform for data storage, management and processing at scale, including scheduling and libraries

- Develop and implement a global data governance strategy to ensure data privacy compliance with GDPR and CCPA

- Partner with Software leaders in the creation of a standardized instrumentation approach for all software features

- Design and implement an experimentation platform for the agile, but secure, testing of all software features

- Drive continual improvements for reliability, performance, scalability and quality and own associated budgets & KPIs

- Build and mentor a world class team, expanding the impact and reach of data
